Hi Lyle, that sounds frustrating. Are you using Microsoft 365 Apps from a subscription or an older Office version?

I recommend checking that all Windows and Office updates are installed, then using Quick Repair from Control Panel under Programs and Features. Make sure the Office Click-to-Run service is set to run automatically. If repairs are still needed after each update, creating a new Windows user profile can help fix repeated repair issues.

Same issue here. I have to run an on-line repair of Microsoft 365 after EVERY update as it keeps crashing my laptop on Windows11. Laptop re-boots suddenly and I loose all my work.
Once the repair is done, no issue.

Installation has become bad recently. Will stop all updates of Microsoft 365.
