Azure App Service is a service used to create and deploy scalable, mission-critical web apps.
Today, I received a call from Microsoft Support. Yes, finally, they fixed their phone (LoL).
On the phone, there is no remedies, no new proposal, nothing being mentioned of the proposal discussed above by Sreeteja (and some other promises privately messaged to me). NOTHING.
The incident happened on 30.Sep. It's 17.Dec today.
As a customer, I believe I have invested enough time to get the message across BUT it's obvious, it's not going anywhere and it's not going to improve. Whoever stumble upon a similar situation in the future, please share your feedback to Microsoft. Let's us do our part so it's loud enough to get the message across.
It's now the time to migrate my usage elsewhere. Thanks, Azure, but no thanks.
