    Hello, Emily Martinez.

    On the page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/worldwide

Select the appropriate region/country and log in to your MS account on the page that opens. In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Microsoft 365 and Office" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". On the next page, there will be either a chat or a phone call (not always, depending on the region). I recommend choosing the "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" chat, as it is much more reliable and chat support is more functional.
