From this post, I want to check for memory leaks. however it still shows the leak.
Am I missing something?

Let the CRT debug heap detect memory leaks and report on them at program termination. Refer to Find memory leaks with the CRT library

after looking at the output long strings I noticed that many of them seem like static string variables in my codes.
Is this unusual? What should I do with them?

after comparing this project with a sample project from a few years ago. i used vscode to compare each file and replace first line of code difference.
surprisingly it worked.
