    Hi Suvvels Suvvels,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

I understand this is a very concerning and confusing situation. Seeing a verification prompt for an unknown email address when you're trying to use your own account is a strong red flag. This means the account is compromised, and the hacker changed the recovery email.

The Minecraft Launcher is still signed in with the hacked Microsoft account. Even if you create a new account, the launcher will keep trying to verify the old one until you sign out completely. Here are what you can do to get out of this situation:

1 - Try using password instead:

    • In the screenshot, there's a link below the blank field
    • Try clicking it and see if it let you go through
    • If it fails, click Forget password and try recovery

2 - Remove the hacked account from your PC

    • Log out and close the Minecraft Launcher completely
    • Open Settings > Accounts > Emails & accounts
    • If you see the hacked one, click Remove
    • Open Xbox app and Microsoft Store > Also log out
    • Restart your PC and try log in to Minecraft again.

3 - Remove the verification if you can still access your Microsoft account:

    • Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/ > open Security section
    • Click Manage how I sign in button > check the verification methods User's image
    • If there's anything suspicious or you don't recognize > Click and Remove

If you are unable to recover the account or remove it, your final option is to contact Support. Clearly explain that your account was hacked, the security email was changed to one you don't own, and that you need help regaining access.
