how can I do to enable the next button on cumulative update setup of exchange server 2019

We have migrated to exchange server 2019 recently, Now we want to apply the last cumulative update, we prepare the domain, but when we run the cumulatve update, where shows the seccion add server role ,both button next and back are disabled, the account that we have used to install de cumulative update is the same used to install exchange server. someone have idea why is happen this?cuexhange2019

    Hi @Deyco ,

     

    By my research, it is recommended that you can try to use below command line(run as administrators) to install cumulative update 12 for your Exchange server 2019. Reference: Upgrade Exchange to the latest Cumulative Update | Microsoft Learn

    <Virtual DVD drive letter>:\Setup.exe /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms_DiagnosticDataON /Mode:Upgrade
