Windows Recall is a feature introduced across Windows 11 editions, and while it has been observed on LTSC and Server builds, it is not officially supported or enabled by default in Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024. The LTSC edition is designed for stability and long‑term servicing, so certain consumer‑oriented or AI‑driven features like Recall are intentionally excluded to maintain predictable performance and security in enterprise and embedded scenarios. If your environment requires Recall‑like functionality, the recommendation is to use mainstream Windows 11 Enterprise or Pro editions where the feature is fully supported.

In short, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 does not support Windows Recall, and this behavior is by design.
