I recently updated to Window 11 Home and prior to the update with Windows 10 my headphones worked completely fine and normal, now with the new update I have absolutely 0 audio from my headset. I have unplugged my splitter, plugged the headphones into just the audio section and nothing is working. No my headphones are not broken as I tried them with a different device and I get audio on them. When I go to system settings it says that the headphone jack is not plugged in I have searched endless videos on Youtube to try and fix this issue but nothing is working. Please help.

    Hi,

What is the model of your headphones? Are you using a jack connection only or USB?

If possible, access msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot and post it here.

    Thanks
