Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. Please try each method below to troubleshoot the Bluetooth problem.
- If this just happen recently, Try to power cycle the computer. Power reset/cycle your computer. shutdown the computer then unplug your adapter for 30 seconds Press the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off then plug in your adapter. then power on your computer and observe if the Bluetooth is working properly.
- Rollback the Bluetooth driver. Press the Windows key + X Select Device Manager Open the built in Bluetooth properties. Then Rollback the driver Restart the computer.
- Check Device Manager to see if the Bluetooth driver includes power management settings. Under the power management tab. Uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" then click OK
- Try to install the latest chipset and Bluetooth driver. Download the latest drivers directly from the laptop manufacturer support website. Do not use any third-party driver downloader software to download and install the drivers.
- Try to unplug external devices, USB storage, ,printers, controllers to test if other devices is causing conflict with the Bluetooth.
