I am trying to write text for a report and I can't print the document properly. I am using the cloud word in browser. This occurred with a completely cleared cache/browser session and after rebooting on the first attempt to print. Every time I try to print it looks like this when I print. This doesnt happen with any other text editors I have tried so far.

    Dear @Kevin

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

May I ask, are you using the Word desktop app? If so, could you try printing from there?

Also, in the print preview, do you see the text overlapping?

Please help me try copying the content into a new file and printing it again.

Please help me try different browser and different font to check if the issue still persists.

Additionally, please try printing this file using a different printer.

Alternatively, you could try sending the file to another device and printing it from there.

Could you copy a portion of that file (the part shown in your image) and send it to me via private message? To access your private messages, look for a notification at the top of your post and click on 'View message.'

Have you tried going to File > Print, selecting a different printer, and then switching back to your original printer to see if the issue persists?

One more thing: please try exporting the file to a PDF. Check if the PDF version has the same issue, then try printing that PDF from your local computer to see what happens.

Please answer all the questions above in detail so I can determine the cause of the issue and provide the next steps. Currently, I suspect there is a conflict between your printer driver and that file.

    Looking forward to your response!
