To make Outlook more like the Gmail layout, you can adjust the reading pane settings. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Remove the Reading Pane: You can disable the reading pane in Outlook by going to the View tab, selecting Reading Pane, and then choosing Off. This will allow your messages to take up the full screen, similar to Gmail.
    2. Change the Layout: If you want to further customize your layout, you can also explore the Layout options in the View tab to adjust how your messages are displayed.

By removing the reading pane, your message list will occupy the entire screen, similar to how Gmail displays emails.
