Windows key + PrtScr is the key combination to take screenshots. It should be saved to Screenshots folder under Pictures.

You can press the PrtScn key to capture the entire screen. If that doesn’t work, try Fn + PrtScn. The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard.

Alternatively, press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool and select the area you want to capture.

To take a screenshot on your Dell laptop running Windows, you can use the following methods:

    1. Using the Print Screen Key:
      • Press the PrtScn key to capture the entire screen. This will copy the screenshot to your clipboard, and you can paste it into an image editing program (like Paint) by pressing Ctrl + V.
      • Press Alt + PrtScn to capture only the active window. This also copies the screenshot to your clipboard.
    2. Using Windows Snipping Tool:
      • You can open the Snipping Tool by searching for it in the Start menu. This tool allows you to select a specific area of your screen to capture.
    3. Using Windows + Shift + S:
      • Press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool directly. You can then select the area of the screen you want to capture, and it will be copied to your clipboard.
    4. Using Windows + Print Screen:
      • Press Windows + PrtScn to capture the entire screen and automatically save it as a file in the Screenshots folder within your Pictures library.

These methods should work on most Dell laptops running Windows 10 or later.
