We have a user that cannot connect to her OneDrive. Error message indicates she doesn't have access with error code 0x8004e4d0. Within entra she has the M365 Business Premium and SharePoint Plan 1 Licenses. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what might be wrong with her account? Thanks!

The error code 0x8004e4d0 typically indicates that there is a site user ID mismatch. This issue can occur if a user account was deleted and then re-created with the same user principal name (UPN) but a different ID value. When the user tries to access OneDrive, they may encounter this error due to the incorrect ID associated with their account.

To resolve this issue, you should check if a new UPN exists for the user. If it does, you may need to delete the new UPN and restore the original UPN. If you're not comfortable performing these actions, consider using the automated solution provided in the documentation to fix the site user ID mismatch.

Additionally, ensure that the user has the appropriate permissions to access OneDrive and that there are no other access-related issues.
