    Hi,

You should check your Adobe Acrobat settings as there's an option to turn that off within the app. Click on MEnu > Preferences > General and uncheck the option Always open PDFs saved from the web and click on OK. See if that fixes the problem.

To stop Adobe Acrobat from automatically opening when you download a PDF, you can change the default PDF viewer settings in your operating system or browser. Here are some general steps you can follow:

    1. Change Default PDF Viewer: Set your preferred PDF viewer (like Microsoft Edge or another application) as the default PDF viewer in your operating system settings.
    2. Browser Settings: Check your browser's settings for handling PDF files. You may find an option to change how PDFs are opened after downloading.
    3. Adobe Acrobat Settings: If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can check its preferences to see if there is an option to prevent it from opening automatically after downloading a PDF.

These steps may vary slightly depending on your operating system and browser, so you may need to refer to specific instructions for your setup.
