If you're having trouble signing in to your Workday account due to issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app, here are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Credentials: Make sure you are using the correct email alias or User Principal Name (UPN) associated with your Workday account.
    2. Authenticator App Setup: Ensure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is set up correctly on your mobile device. If you haven't registered it yet, you may need to do so by following the setup instructions for your work or school account.
    3. Temporary Access Pass: If you are unable to receive codes, consider acquiring a Temporary Access Pass from your admin, which can help you sign in without needing the Authenticator app.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, you may need to contact your organization's IT support or the Microsoft 365 Data Protection team for further assistance.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the sign-in issue related to the Authenticator app.
