how do I get and install MS access with my home & Office 24 install

I've purchased and installed Office Home and Business 2024 on a new PC. How do I install MS access that I understand is included with 2024?

    Unfortunately, MS Access is not included in the package Office Home & Business 2024:

    MS Access is available in a set of editions Microsoft Office Professional and Microsoft Office Professional Plus.

    Access 2024 can also be purchased as a separate application.: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/access/cfq7ttc0pd0b
