I have a razer blade 16 with a CPU Ryzen 9 AI 365 with GPU NVIDIA rtx 5070 ti 12Gb VRAM and when I try to start Halo MCC, it sends this message

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 330] Direct3DDevice->CreateTexture2D(TextureDesc,SubResourceData,OutTexture2D) failed at:0 with error E_INVALIDARG, Size=345328x544x1 Format=(0x0000002C), NumMips=1, Flags=D3D11_BIND_DEPTH_STENCIL D3D11_BIND_SHADER_RESOURCE, Usage:0x0, CPUFlags:0x0, MiscFlags:0x0, SampleCount:0x1, SampleQuality:0x0, SubresPtr:0x0000000000000000, SubresPitch:0, SubresSlicePitch:0

I tried searching through the internet and it doesn't show anything useful

    Hi there! My name is David. It’s a pleasure to help you today.

    Did the game work before?

    Did you buy the game on Steam or in the Microsoft Store?

    I can suggest deleting the game configuration:

    Press the Windows+R keys at the same time > copy and paste the following:

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\MCC

    Press Enter > make a backup of the contents of the MCC folder (You can copy and paste it into a new folder on the desktop), > then delete the contents of the MCC folder.

    Restart your PC and run the game.

    Let me know if the shared information has been helpful. Regards.
