win 1 25h2 keyboard corsair 1000 polling rate stuck at 5 to 30hz max

it been many month i stuck with that ,as first i dont understand the problem i rebuy another computer and many other component to understand finally that it come from win 11 25h2 that force driver 2006 supposed to be stable.

i m now on brand new corsair k55 rgb pro bla bla all up to date,(ps:i work on win and hardware for 28y+ so pls do not told me to try noob stuff as i pass morer 200h on this shit even all internet IA + me cant solve the problem)

ThE problem all keyboard gone to max 30hz with so 80 to 1000ms delay....the average when typing and using software is 5hz how it can go so low when the minimum even u get a bug is 125hz.

i turn crazy for nearby 2 years as it was the same story on win 11 24h2 but how i can know it coe from keyboard i though was hept or ethernet or any...and finally since a week i find out that its even i installl keyboard driver Corsair or msi or either windows keep put 4 to 5 controller pih or hid and stuck as i told you 1 to 30hz max..u imagine my work is to stream fps game i lost follower and earn near nothing for year for a ***** bug from no where
