I want to cancel Microsoft 365. It won't let me. I've checked Amazon and Google to see if I purchased through them, and I have not. How do I cancel?

To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can do so through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps you should follow:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
      • If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions.
      • If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
    2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
    3. On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select Cancel subscription.
    4. If you’re within the grace period, select a reason for canceling, provide optional feedback, then select Cancel subscription.
    5. If you’re outside the grace period, you can only turn off recurring billing by selecting edit the recurring billing settings and then setting it to Off.
    6. Repeat the steps for any other subscriptions you wish to cancel.

Make sure to save any important data before canceling, as users will lose access to their data once the cancellation takes effect.

If you purchased your subscription through a partner or a different billing account type, the cancellation process may vary. You may need to contact your seller or partner for assistance.
