Color depth working incorrectly

Hello, i see banding in all apps that have gradient, i had 8bit+frc display and though it was the issue, but now i have 10bit display and there's no difference, 10bit turned on in nvidia settings and windows display settings shows it like 10bit, but it doesn't look like it, tried different cables too, i don't see banding on other pc's, don't know what's wrong with this one.
Could you help me find what causing this?
