How to use Groupon

I had the same question. Make sure you have the Groupon app installed on your phone to enable you to see "My Stuff". Choose the product title you have purchased, you should see a QR code on your computer screen. This QR will be unique to your purchase, open it using your phone's QR app to reveal the Security Code and the Voucher Code you require to install the product onto your computer via your MS log-in

Typically, third-party sellers provide you with a product key which you then redeem into a Microsoft account via https://setup.office.com and then you complete the install via your account.

It appears that you did purchase Office from a third-party, and therefore you have to contact them if you are missing information required to install and activate Office. For example, if you didn't receive a product key or if the product key generates an error when you try and redeem it, contact the seller.

If you already have the 25-digit product key, please go to https://www.office.com/setup, sign in with your Microsoft account, enter the product key, and follow the prompts to associate it with your account.

Once the key is redeemed, you can download Microsoft Word by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/services. Under the “Office” section, click “Install Office” to begin downloading Word and any other apps included in your license.
