Problems with SARRemediation using 147GBs

Currently I am having the issue where the backups folder under SARRemediation seems to be completely filling up my C drive. I've tried the old solution from 5-6 years ago of turning off SARRemediation and then using disk cleanup and clearing the restore points to try to clear it out then turning it back on. This has done nothing for me this time and the main backup file itself is 134GBs so its too large to just let me outright delete it.

The SARRemediation folder is usually found on a Dell system, do you have a Dell PC?

If so, that folder is created by the Dell Support Assist backup functionality, if you disable the backups function in Dell Support Assist, then restart your PC, you should be able to manually delete the contents of that folder.
