You would need to find a forum devoted to IBM SPSS (which obviously is not a Microsoft product) to get an answer to your question.

However, the risk is that the answer is negative. Many programs built for x64 can run on ARM by means of emulation, but by no means at all.

I am not all familiar with IBM SPSS. I would not expect an IBM product to use SQL Server, but since you originally had tagged your question with Transact-SQL, I like to point out that SQL Server (which is my field of expertise) does not run on ARM.

The information provided does not specifically address how to run IBM SPSS on a Snapdragon Arm processor. However, it is important to note that Windows on Arm supports running unmodified x86 applications through emulation. This means that if IBM SPSS is available as an x86 application, it may run on Arm devices using the Prism emulation engine, which optimizes performance for such applications.

To check if IBM SPSS can run on your Snapdragon Arm processor, you would need to verify if it is compatible with Windows on Arm and if it can run through emulation. You can also explore the compatibility of applications on the Windows on Arm Ready Software site for more detailed information.

For the best performance, using Arm-native applications is recommended, so if IBM SPSS has an Arm version, that would be preferable.
