To unlock your account after multiple failed sign-in attempts, you can follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support: Since you are unable to receive the OTP via your mobile number or recovery email, you should reach out to support for assistance. You can create a support ticket without signing in to Partner Center if applicable. Visit the Contact us support page and select the product you need help with.
    2. Two-Factor Authentication Issues: If you lost access to your two-factor authentication method, you may need to contact the support team for the specific product you are trying to access. For Azure, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team at +1 866-807-5850.
    3. Password Reset: If you have the ability to reset your password through security information, you can do so by following the instructions provided in your organization's guidelines. If not, ask an administrator or global admin in your organization to assist you with resetting your password.
    4. Account Recovery: If you are using Microsoft Entra ID, you can attempt to recover your account by selecting "Recover your account" during the sign-in process and following the prompts for identity verification.

Make sure to provide any necessary information to support to expedite the unlocking process.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there’s no way to bypass Microsoft’s security checks they’re mandatory for account protection. Since you’ve lost access to both your recovery email and mobile number, and two-factor verification is enabled.

    Visit Microsoft Account Recovery.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

Submit the form and wait for Microsoft’s response

    I hope this helps!
