Are Amazon gift cards no longer available from Microsoft?

I’ve been checking the Microsoft Rewards redemption page and noticed that Amazon gift cards have not been showing up as an option for me for almost 6 months. I’m not sure whether Microsoft has stopped offering Amazon gift cards altogether or if they’ve been temporarily out of stock for an extended period.

Has anyone recently been able to redeem Microsoft Rewards points for Amazon gift cards, or is this a known issue or policy change? Any clarification would be appreciated.Screenshot 2026-01-04 221050

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

There are no official announcements from Microsoft that the Amazon gift cards have been permanently removed from the Rewards Store.

This means that the Amazon gift cards are still temporarily out of stock. You will need to wait for the Rewards team to replenish the codes.

In the meantime, I would recommend saving your rewards points and checking the Rewards Store from time to time.

If you feel the need to contact Microsoft Rewards Support, you may submit your ticket through the link below:

    Best regards,
