I have not used my wireless keyboard for several weeks. I changed the batteries, turned it off/on, restarted my computer and it still does not connect. My mouse does connect, just not the wireless keyboard. Please help :)

    Hello,

Sorry about the issue that you are having with your wireless keyboard. Have you tried it on a different device, or have you tried a different keyboard? It might be faulty hardware.

Try connecting your keyboard to a different device, like another computer or tablet, to see if it works there. If it doesn’t, the keyboard or its receiver may be faulty; similarly, testing a different wireless keyboard on your computer can help determine if the issue is with the original keyboard itself rather than your computer’s settings or drivers.

Hope that these help. You can leave a comment if you have questions.

    Thank you,

If your wireless keyboard is not connecting while your mouse is, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled: Go to your computer's settings and confirm that Bluetooth is turned on.
    2. Re-pair the keyboard: Sometimes, removing the keyboard from the list of paired devices and then re-pairing it can help. Make sure the keyboard is in pairing mode when you attempt to connect.
    3. Check for interference: Other wireless devices can sometimes cause interference. Make sure there are no other devices nearby that could be affecting the connection.
    4. Restart your computer: Although you mentioned you restarted your computer, doing it again after making changes can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
    5. Update drivers: Ensure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through your device manager.
    6. Check compatibility: Make sure that your keyboard is compatible with your operating system and that it supports the Bluetooth version your computer uses.
    7. Try a different USB port: If your keyboard uses a USB receiver, try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult the manufacturer's documentation or support for further assistance.
