Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
This is usually a Comcast/Xfinity mail settings change. Double-check your server settings (IMAP/POP and SMTP), make sure SSL is enabled, and use the full email address as the username. Comcast also sometimes blocks access until you reset the password or re-authorize third-party apps. If it works on webmail, it’s almost always a client settings or security update issue.
