To troubleshoot the error related to edgesuite.net, which occurs only when using a wired or Wi-Fi connection from your home router, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check Your Network Connection: Ensure that your home router is functioning properly. Restart your router and check if the issue persists.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if that resolves the error.
    3. Disable VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it to see if it affects the connection.
    4. Update Microsoft Edge: Make sure you are using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. An outdated browser can lead to various issues.
    5. Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus settings can block certain connections. Check if any settings are preventing access to edgesuite.net.
    6. Test with Different DNS Settings: Changing your DNS settings to a public DNS (like Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) may help resolve connectivity issues.
    7. Contact Your Internet Service Provider (ISP): If the problem persists, it might be an issue with your ISP. Contact them for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and potentially fix the error you are experiencing with edgesuite.net.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

    • Do you have a third-party antivirus installed? If yes, which one?
    • Do you have any VPN software installed? (Even if it's not running at the moment) If yes, which one?

Additionally, could you try accessing the same website from another device on the same Wi-Fi network to see if the error occurs?

    I await your reply.
