I have been unable to install proper drivers for Brother MFC9330CDW printer/scanner despite trying to fix compatibility issues. It appears that others have had this problem, but I cannot find any solutions that have worked for me. Help will be appreciated.
I've done all this and still get 2 errors when running Brother app: 1) cannot load driver and 2) missing .inf file.
Also, have used Microsoft compatibility and attempted to correct problems with it. still same errors.
Other users have reported the same error and indicated many months ago that Microsoft support was working on a fix. Has anything improved. Apparently this is a problem for many of the Brother multi-function printer/scanners. Will Microsoft and Brother ever get together to fix it?

Do the Brother procedure first and give me feedback.
You will disconnect the USB printer and remove it.
Restart the computer, download the printer autorun driver and follow the procedure to reinstall the driver for Windows 11.
Then go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers >
View more Devices > More Devices and printer settings > right-click on the Brother MFC9330CDW printer and remove the device.
You will download the driver, it will be extracted to the folder where the download file is located, access the folder, run the setup.exe file and follow the setup procedure.
