    Dear @25didenkom

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

First, could you help me by taking a screenshot of the Form while it’s loading?

I have a question - how are you currently trying to access Microsoft Forms?

    • Are you clicking a direct link sent by your teacher in a web browser?
    • Are you opening the Forms within your browser and then clicking on the file?
    • Are you opening it through the mobile app on your phone?

Please describe this for me in more detail and also let me know what device you are using.

Are other students able to access that specific form link normally?

Have you tried using a different internet connection? If possible, please try using a network at a different location, or use a 4G hotspot shared from your phone.

Have you tried opening that form on a different device?

    • Try opening the link on a phone using mobile data (not Wi-Fi). If it loads on your phone data, the issue is the Wi-Fi network you are using.
    • Or download the Microsoft Forms app. Then, try opening it to see if you can complete the work there. If it works, use that temporarily to get your assignment done.

If you clicking a direct link sent by your teacher in a web browser, which browser are you currently using, and have you tried a different one? Have you tried using an incognito/private window? If a different browser or an incognito window works, go back to your original browser and clear the browser cache.

Sometimes the direct link to Forms glitches. Have you tried entering through the 'main door' instead? Go to forms.office.com, find this link. Click it from there rather than using a saved bookmark or a direct link from your teacher. Help me try this method.

Looking forward to your response so I can figure this out! Please understand that my initial response may not always resolve the issue right away. But with your help and a bit more detail, I'll try my best to help you.

If you're experiencing issues accessing Microsoft Forms and it keeps loading indefinitely, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Microsoft Forms Status: Sometimes, the issue may be related to Microsoft Forms itself. Check if there are any outages or service disruptions by visiting the Microsoft 365 service status page.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache can resolve loading issues. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies.
    3. Try a Different Browser: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing Microsoft Forms using a different web browser to see if the issue persists.
    4. Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with web applications. Temporarily disable any extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, and try accessing Microsoft Forms again.
    5. Check Azure Settings: Ensure that Microsoft Forms is enabled in your organization's Azure settings. You can do this by:
      • Logging into Microsoft Azure.
      • Navigating to Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise applications.
      • Searching for Microsoft Forms and ensuring that it is enabled for users to sign in.
    6. Check SharePoint Access: Make sure that SharePoint services are enabled, as Microsoft Forms relies on SharePoint for file uploads and other functionalities.
    7. Contact Your Administrator: If you are part of an organization, reach out to your IT administrator to ensure that there are no restrictions or configurations preventing access to Microsoft Forms.
    8. Try from a Different Device: If possible, try accessing Microsoft Forms from a different device to see if the issue is specific to your current device.

If after trying these steps you still cannot access Microsoft Forms, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
