Hello @Zhao, Cheng (SSC/SPC),
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
I tested this on my side and confirmed that Microsoft Word currently only provides calendar templates up to 2025. Unfortunately, there is no built-in option for 2026 at the moment. If you want to create a 2026 calendar in Word, it will require manual adjustments to the dates and months in an existing template.
However, after testing in Excel, I found that Excel offers more flexibility. It includes functions that allow you to automatically adjust the year, months, and weekdays, which makes creating a 2026 calendar much easier and faster. If possible, I would recommend using Excel for this task, as it provides better customization options.

Alternatively, you can also consider downloading templates from trusted third-party sources if you prefer ready-made designs.
In addition, I strongly encourage you to share feedback about this limitation. I’ve noticed other users have raised similar concerns about the lack of 2026 calendar templates in Word. Your feedback will help the product team prioritize this feature for future updates. You can submit your feedback here: Word · Community

This is the official channel where feedback is reviewed by the product team and taken into account for future improvements.
Once you've posted your feedback, feel free to share the link here in the comments. I am happy to vote for it to contribute to increased visibility.
Thank you again for bringing this up, I completely agree that having a ready-made 2026 calendar template in Word would make things much more convenient. If you need any help creating a calendar in Excel or customizing an existing template, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist further.
Best regards,
