    Hi Fatih,

The web version does not include an Export feature. It's meant to be used as a simple e-mail client to read and write. If you want to manage many e-mail and do these operations you will have to use the Desktop client.

Let me know if you need help with that!

To export your emails from Outlook on the web, you typically need to follow these steps:

    1. Use the Outlook Desktop Application: The most effective way to export emails is by using the Outlook desktop app. You can add your Outlook.com account to this application.
    2. Export to a .pst File: After setting up your account in the Outlook desktop app, navigate to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Select Export to a file, then choose Outlook Data File (.pst), and follow the prompts to select the specific folders you wish to export.
    3. In-Place eDiscovery: If you are part of an organization using Microsoft 365, you may have access to eDiscovery tools that allow you to export mailbox content, which is often used for compliance and legal reasons.
    4. Third-Party Solutions: If you need to export emails in a specific format or to another application, consider using third-party tools designed to work with Outlook.com for easier export options.

Keep in mind that direct export features are more limited in the web version of Outlook, making the desktop application the preferred choice for exporting emails efficiently.
