I can't create new Contacts on New Outlook. It seems New Outlook is 3 steps back in a number of regards.

Every time I try to create a new Contact in New Outlook I hit enter and get the message "Can not create a new contact."

    Are you using a personal Outlook.com account or a work or school Microsoft 365 account, and does the error happen only in new Outlook or also in Outlook on the web at outlook.com?

    I had this issue with a user, OWA works but only if the new contact feature is turned off.
    Can't seem to find this feature toggle in the app.
