I have multiple Microsoft accounts, and I need to delete two of them. One of them was my former employer account. Attached is my screen shot picture of the problem I am having. Unfortunately, I was unable to login my Microsoft account.

Can you go to your Windows Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School (note, it is the briefcase icon, not the envelope icon). Then see if the organization email address is still listed? If so, click on it and then disconnect it.
Restart the computer after that.

If you follow the instruction I gave you, you shouldn't have to sign into this account at all. As I pointed out, do not go to the envelope icon, but go to the briefcase icon. If you go to the envelope icon, it will want you to sign in.

Netti, as I clearly told you NOT to go to the envelope icon where I marked red in screenshot, you still ended up going there all this time.
Go to where I marked green, the briefcase icon where it says "Access Work or School", there you find the school email and you will just disconnect it. Very simple. You just keep going to the wrong place, that's why.
