Hi,

I completed M365 Copilot training successfully.

But, I am not able to download trailing completion certificate.

    You only get certifications for passing exams. If you attended an instructor-led course, the trainer should have provided you with an achievement code for claiming your course completion certificate.

    However you do not earn a certificate for completing a course with self-paced learning.
