I could see many of the Dynamics 365 questions persist in Previous year questions of PL200.

Is Dynamics 365 questions asked in the PL200?

Where are you seeing Dynamics 365 in any PL-200 questions? They should not be appearing in any Microsoft content.

If you do see Dynamics 365 then consider Dynamics 365 just a model-driven app that uses Microsoft Dataverse as a data source. There is nothing special about making changes to Dynamics 365 apps, the standard Power Platform features and capabilities are used to make those changes.
