@Surbanoski Aleksandar - If you have configured a private endpoint between Synapse workspace and storage account, and the managed private endpoint in Synapse Studio shows as "Succeeded" and "Approved", but the link is not available, there could be a few reasons for this.
Make sure that you have configured the private endpoint correctly.
Make sure that you storage account correctly configured with the private endpoint (Verify the name).
As per the test from our end, it's working as expected and able to see the Managed private endpoint configured when Account selection method: From Azure Subscription
Note: And unable to see the Managed private endpoint configured when Account selection method: Enter manually
