I am trying to create an account and when the "press and Hold" window pops up, there is no button there for me to press and hold. You probably need to be a robot to see it and human to press and hold it!

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Are you missing this button on the page?

    User's image

What happens if you move your cursor over the gray area (if it is available), or move your cursor over the “Press and hold” area and hold down the left mouse button?

If you go back or refresh the page again, you may not be able to use the same email address, as you might see an “email address already taken” error. In this situation, please try the above suggestions to get past the “Let’s prove you’re human” page.

    Hello,

Could you please connect your device to a different Wi‑Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot, and check whether the button becomes visible?

If not, try clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies, or use a private/incognito browsing window to create your account.
