    Hi Deepak Kumar,

Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum,

As discussed through offline the issue not with azure side S2S VPN side.

Open Event Viewer on the Windows client VM by pressing Windows + X and selecting Event Viewer, or searching for it in the Start menu.

Navigate to Windows Logs > Application and System logs first for VPN-related entries.

For detailed VPN diagnostics, expand Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider > Admin.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.

If your agents are experiencing latency while working inside the client VM, it could be related to the VPN configuration or network settings. Here are some considerations to help troubleshoot the issue:

    1. VPN Type: Ensure that the VPN type being used is appropriate for the workload. Some VPN configurations can introduce latency, especially if they are forced-tunnel VPNs that route all traffic through the VPN.
    2. Network Bandwidth: Check the available bandwidth for the VPN connection. If the traffic volume is close to the limit of the bandwidth available to the Azure VPN gateway, it could lead to latency issues. Monitor the data being received and transmitted over the VPN connection to ensure it is within acceptable limits.
    3. Firewall Configuration: Verify that the firewall settings on the guest operating system of the Azure VMs are configured correctly to allow permitted traffic from the on-premises IP ranges. Misconfigured firewalls can also lead to latency.
    4. UDP Issues: If the remote connection reports issues with UDP, ensure that UDP port 3478 is open on your network. Blocking this port can lead to problems with remote connections, including increased latency.
    5. Network Configuration: Review the network configuration of the Azure Lab Services or the Azure Virtual Desktop environment to ensure that it is set up correctly for optimal performance.

By addressing these areas, you may be able to reduce latency and improve the performance of the VPN connection for your agents.
