Outlook not responding or opening after update 14.01.2026

After Windows 11 update of 14.01.2026, I start to experience problems with Outlook. Not always want to open, not responding when trying to attach a file, etc. Please help as this is really frustrating. Did restart a few times, also end task (Outlook) few times, but the problem keeps coming back. Not sure what to do. Can you please help.

    This seems to be an emerging problem with Outlook after the January KB5074109 Update, this is being reported by many people after that update, some people have reported if you uninstall the Windows update, that will resolve the problem, also, it is best to open the Feedback Hub app in Windows and report this to the Windows developers, if more people report this, then they will investigate the problem and provide a patch for this problem.
