    Hi,

When connecting the Smartphone via USB, you will have the option on the smartphone to choose how to use it. Check in the notifications bar if you prefer USB, then you will have the File Transfer option.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks

If you're seeing 'This folder is empty' when trying to access your Android phone from your Windows 11 desktop, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Ensure Your Phone is Connected: Make sure that your Android phone is properly connected to your PC and that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
    2. Use the Your Phone App: To access your Android phone’s photos and videos, you should be using the Your Phone app on Windows. This app allows you to view and manage your phone's content directly from your PC.
    3. Check Permissions: Ensure that you have granted the necessary permissions on your Android device for the Your Phone app to access your photos and videos.
    4. Link to Windows: Make sure that your Android phone supports the Link to Windows feature and that it is enabled. This feature is necessary for accessing your phone's content on your PC.
    5. Update Apps: Ensure that both the Your Phone app on your PC and the Link to Windows app on your Android device are updated to the latest versions.

If you have checked all these and the issue persists, you may want to restart both devices and try again.
