I have plugged in my charger, but my laptop isn't charging! I think there is something wrong with the laptop. Also it keeps on showing this annoying sign that says " Your battery is very low plug in your PC right now"

If your laptop is not charging despite being plugged in, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some possibilities to consider:

    1. Charger Connection: Ensure that the charger is securely connected to both the laptop and the power outlet. Sometimes, a loose connection can prevent charging.
    2. Charger Compatibility: Make sure that you are using the correct charger for your laptop. Using a charger that does not meet the required specifications can lead to charging issues.
    3. Battery Condition: If the battery is old or damaged, it may not hold a charge properly. In some cases, the battery may need to be replaced.
    4. Power State: According to Windows guidelines, charging should occur when the device is connected to a charger, regardless of the power state (active, sleep, hibernate, or shutdown). If your laptop is in a shutdown state, it should still charge when connected to the charger, unless there is a battery failure or thermal condition.
    5. Faulty Hardware: There may be an issue with the laptop's charging port or internal components that manage charging. If the hardware is malfunctioning, it may require professional repair.
    6. Notifications: Windows provides notifications for power-related issues. If you see messages indicating that the PC isn't charging or that a slow charger is connected, this could help diagnose the problem.

If the problem persists after checking these factors, you may want to consult with a professional technician for further assistance.
