Hello

It doesn't sound like this is an issue related to Microsoft product at all.

You will need to contact HP support in this case, or post in HP community. https://support.hp.com/us-en

To troubleshoot your printing issue from your Android phone or tablet to your HP printer, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone or tablet. For wireless printers, verify that the printer is connected to a functioning Wi-Fi network.
  2. Restart Devices: Restart both your printer and your mobile device. This can often resolve temporary connectivity issues.
  3. Update Printer Firmware: Since you mentioned that the firmware was last updated in January, check if there are any newer updates available on the HP website.
  4. Use HP Smart App: If you haven't already, download the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store. This app can help manage your printer settings and facilitate printing from mobile devices.
  5. Check Print Settings: Ensure that your print settings on the mobile device are configured correctly. Sometimes, the printer may not appear if it's not set as the default printer.
  6. Run Printer Troubleshooter: If you have access to a Windows computer, you can run the built-in printer troubleshooter to identify and fix issues related to printing.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to refer to HP's support resources for further assistance.
