    Hello,

Since this is happening across your Windows laptop, iPhone, Android, and even the web version, this is almost certainly not a technical glitch with the apps themselves but a configuration on the account level.

Are you using a work or school account provided by an organization?

For me, It sounds like a Conditional Access Policy or a configured Token Lifetime set by your IT department to force frequent re-authentication for security. If this is a company account and you are not the admin, you likely cannot change this behavior on your end.

To address the issue of being logged out daily from Microsoft Teams and Outlook, you can try the following steps:

    1. Enable Modern Authentication: If your organization is still using Basic Authentication, switching to Modern Authentication can help maintain your sign-in status.
    2. Clear Cached Credentials: Go to Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials and remove any entries related to Outlook or Microsoft Teams. Restart the applications and re-enter your credentials.
    3. Check for Office Updates: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Office, as updates may resolve sign-in issues.
    4. Check Security Software: Sometimes, security software can interfere with the sign-in process. Ensure that your security settings allow Teams and Outlook to function properly.
    5. Review Account Settings: Ensure that your account settings are correctly configured and that there are no policies in place that might be causing frequent logouts.
    6. Network Stability: Ensure that your network connection is stable, as intermittent connectivity can lead to sign-out issues.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, consider reaching out to your IT administrator for further assistance, as there may be specific configurations or policies affecting your sign-in experience.
