Since this is happening across your Windows laptop, iPhone, Android, and even the web version, this is almost certainly not a technical glitch with the apps themselves but a configuration on the account level.
Are you using a work or school account provided by an organization?
For me, It sounds like a Conditional Access Policy or a configured Token Lifetime set by your IT department to force frequent re-authentication for security. If this is a company account and you are not the admin, you likely cannot change this behavior on your end.
