After my WiFi went out and once it turned back on I reconnected my Xbox one to the WiFi an it started glitching to open the Xbox menu if I click the Xbox button on my controller once it won’t pop up or it would take 1-2 minutes to pop up and when I try typing a message my keyboard just spazzes out going everywhere like I have stick drift, but I actually don’t have stick drift at all, same thing for games there’s a delay every now and then and I have no game audio and then I just started lagging like crazy. If anyone knows the problem or know what to do please help and thank you.

It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your Xbox One after your WiFi went out. When the Xbox reconnects to the network, it can sometimes lead to glitches and delays in performance, especially if the connection is unstable or if there are issues with the Xbox services. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Restart Your Xbox: Completely power off your Xbox One by holding the power button for about 10 seconds, then unplug it for a minute before plugging it back in and turning it on.
    2. Check Network Connection: Ensure your Xbox is properly connected to your WiFi. You can do this by going to Settings > Network > Network settings and checking the connection status.
    3. Test Network Speed: If your internet connection is slow or unstable, it may cause lag and glitches. You can test your network speed through the Xbox settings.
    4. Clear Cache: Sometimes clearing the cache can help resolve performance issues. You can do this by holding the power button until the console turns off, then unplugging it for a few minutes.
    5. Check for Updates: Make sure your Xbox One is updated to the latest software version. Go to Settings > System > Updates to check for any available updates.
    6. Reconfigure Your Network: If the problem persists, consider resetting your router or modem, or even reconfiguring your network settings on the Xbox.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be worth checking for any known issues with Xbox services that could be affecting performance.
