I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and I am experiencing ongoing login issues with Azure. I consistently receive an 8‑digit authentication code instead of the expected 6‑digit code, which prevents me from accessing my account and using my MCT Azure benefits.
I have raised this issue multiple times on Microsoft Q&A and have also engaged with chat support. While the support team initially sends me private messages, they do not respond further despite repeated follow‑ups from my side. This lack of communication has left my issue unresolved and is preventing me from taking advantage of the benefits I am entitled to.
I request immediate and consistent support to resolve this authentication problem so I can access my Azure account and utilize my MCT benefitsThank you for the update. I would like to clarify that I am not fully locked out of my tenant. I am able to log in to Outlook and Microsoft 365 using secondary email codes and other authentication methods. The issue is specifically with Azure, where I consistently receive an 8‑digit authentication code instead of the expected 6‑digit code.
Since my access to other Microsoft services is working, this appears to be an Azure‑specific authentication problem rather than a complete tenant lockout. Could you please confirm whether the Data Protection team will address this Azure authentication discrepancy, and provide a clear timeline for when I can expect their outreach? I have not yet received any email or phone call despite multiple follow‑ups.
