not getting push notifaction and 6 digit code , instead getting 8 digit code and not able to sign in

Hi, I have an account with username ******@OUTLOOK.COM and I am not able to sign in the account and not receiving 6-digit code rather getting TOTP 8 digit whenever I sign in from azure portal and I have been raising request in Microsoft also, but they told to raise a ticket in Microsoft azure for sign in purpose.

Also let me be clear this is my personal account with MCT benefits and i am global admin

    Hello Ankita Jamuar,

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
