I need to be able to cancel a subscription I cannot find for Xbox game pass

I don't know where to go but we are being charged $31.98 a month for a game pass subscription that does not permit us to access it and I want to cancel it.

this site keeps taking me to hell and back and the subscription is being charged to my paypal but does not show up here under subscriptions.

Any advice on who I can contact or should I just tell PayPal to stop paying it and let it auto cancel?

To cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the account that has the subscription.
    2. Locate your subscription: Under "Services & subscriptions," look for the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
    3. Manage your subscription: If you see an option to manage, click on it. If you see "Turn on recurring billing," it means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown, and you won’t be charged again.
    4. Cancel the subscription: Select "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

If the subscription does not appear under your account, it’s possible that it is linked to a different Microsoft account. You may want to check any other accounts you might have used.

If you continue to have issues, contacting Xbox support directly may help resolve the problem. Alternatively, you can consider contacting PayPal to stop the payments, but be aware that this may not automatically cancel the subscription.
