Storage options for One Drive

Hello. Is there other options in getting more storage space on OneDrive other than having to buy Microsoft Office 365? I find strange Microsoft is encouraging systems to utilize and backup files back to One Drive while limiting the ability for users to purchase additional storage space. I am trying to avoid having to migrant all my data to another provider.

    Do you currently already have Microsoft 365 plan? If so, if you are the plan holder, you can purchase an additional 1TB https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/additional-file-storage

    If you only have a free account now but don't want to get the entire 365 plan, you can get the Microsoft 365 basic plan, it is for 100GB storage, no office apps. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-basic/cfq7ttc0ktxs
