Windows Key + Shift + S. not working
Windows Key + G, shows one record only
    Symchronize and Back up

    • Both Photo/Video save to OneDrive is Off, so does the Screenshoot save to OneDrive is off too.
      • Nothing has been changed.

    Hi Parth Makwana ,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with screenshots. It's frustrating when something that was working fine suddenly stops. Let's try to figure this out together.

This kind of problem can usually be traced back to a few common areas. Could you try these steps and let us know which one helps?

First, let's start with the basics:

    1. The Universal Keyboard Shortcut: The most reliable way on modern Windows is to press the Windows Key + Shift + S. This opens the Snipping Tool bar and lets you select an area. The screenshot is copied to your clipboard, and you should see a notification pop up. Clicking the notification will open the image in the Snipping Tool app where you can save it.
    2. The Print Screen (PrtScn) Key: Check if your keyboard has an "Fn" (Function) key. Sometimes you need to press Fn + PrtScn for it to work. Also, just pressing PrtScn often copies the screenshot to the clipboard without saving it as a file. You would need to open an app like Paint and paste (Ctrl+V) to see and save it.

If the basics don't work, let's check some settings:

    • Check Clipboard History: Sometimes, the screenshot is taken but doesn't prompt you to save. Press the Windows Key + V to open your clipboard history. You might find your recent screenshots there.
    • OneDrive Might Be Interfering: OneDrive has a feature that can take over the Print Screen key.
      • Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in your system tray (near the clock).
      • Go to Settings > Auto-save.
      • See if the option "Automatically save screenshots I capture to OneDrive" is checked. If it is, your screenshots are likely being saved to your OneDrive Pictures\Screenshots folder instead of your local one. You can turn this off if you prefer.

If it's a specific app or game:

    • Some full-screen games and applications block the standard Windows screenshot function. For games, it's often better to use built-in features (like in Steam: F12) or the Xbox Game Bar (press Windows Key + G to open it and use the capture widget).

To help us give you a more specific solution, could you provide a few more details?

    • What specific method are you using to take the screenshot (e.g., PrtScn key, Snipping Tool, a third-party app)?
    • Are you trying to capture a game, a specific application, or your entire desktop?
    • Have you installed any new software or updated your system graphics drivers recently?

Providing this info will help narrow down the cause significantly.

    Hope this gets you started!

    Best regards,
