Hi there

How to sync OneDrive Shared files to Windows File Explorer?

So, without going to my browser, I can access files shared by others on my laptop?

Thanks.

    Hi @frob

To achieve your needs, you need to create the shortcuts for shared folders with you. Then these shortcuts will be synced and appear in Windows File Explorer that let you easily find.

Please note the shortcuts are not available for individual files.

There will be an icon of "Add this folder as a shorcut to My files'" after you select one shared folder.

After the shortcut be synced, you will find it in local OneDrive folder as following image.

The procedures are available only to internal users. You can't add shortcuts to folders that are shared with external users.
